In the business world of today and tomorrow, within and outside the Nordic region, we need people that have an entrepreneurial mindset and can see and act on possibilities that will arise.

By encouraging the most entrepreneurial young adults and give them necessary tools and knowledge, we can help create an economical stable society with a larger competitive force. With large networks easy accessible, participants will have the possibility to establish and create their own networking groups, to open the Nordic region as a natural market without borders. From this statement we have created emax.

The event is operated by STARTcentrum in Örebro, Sweden and in co-operation with Selvstaendighetsfonden Denmark, The Ministry of Employment and the Economy Finland, Innovation Norway and Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.

Emax is built on the success of the Swedish event Emax Sweden (before named UNG entreprenörskapsvecka (YOUNG entreprenuershipweek) which has been an event for Sweden’s 225 foremost young entrepreneurs since 2002 with excellent results.
