Inspiration, knowledge and networks - That’s what emax is all about!

Throughout emax we work with these three parts to make sure that the participants leave the event with as much new energy and drive as possible to keep striving towards their goals and visions.      

Inspiration – Comes from the guest speakers who visit the event each day. During the event different entrepreneurs and business leaders will enter the stage to give their view of the opportunities of tomorrow and give insights, tips and advice to the participants. Along with the speakers a lot of inspiration  comes from fellow participants. This is an opportunity for the participants to meet someone who is as ambitious and driven as themselves. This is of course an inspiring meeting and a great encouragement.

Knowledge – The speakers will share with our participants what they have learnt and the experience they have gathered throughout their careers, a lot of knowledge is past on from these sessions. We also use a state of the art business simulation built by the world leaders in company based simulation, BTS. Together with a unique team, which consists of participants from all the Nordic countries, they will tackle the challenge to take a virtual company from the bottom to the top. The simulation runs three days and consists of four years on the virtual market. In between each session the participants will be given valuable information for the simulation and go through business principles with a consultant. The idea of the simulation is to let the participants see how different decisions affect a company and get a basic understanding for how a modern company is managed. Similar simulations are used by multinational companies such as, Atlas Copco, Nokia and Ericsson.

Network – By letting the participants meet peers from all over the Nordic region they will have the possibility to create strong and long lasting networks across the Nordic region. During emax many different network opportunities will arise, from team building exercises, social gatherings, evening events and exciting meetings.
