Business simulation

The business simulation is the competitive tool during Emax, where you will try to run a virtual company better than your competitors. During the event you and your team, consisting of one person from each country (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden) will make decisions in different business lines from service to production and staff. To help and guide you in the simulation you have a coach in each simulation room and before each session you will get an analysis in the auditorium. Will you and your team be able to make fast and accurate decisions? Then you might make it to the top and win an entrepreneurial experience of a lifetime!

Teambuilding

One of the first things you will experience at Emax is theoretical and practical teambuilding; this makes the foundation for you and your team’s future teamwork. You will receive hands-on tips on how you can utilize each member’s strengths and avoid your weaknesses. To believe in yourselves could be a success point for the rest of Emax.

Workshops

Take the opportunity to dig deeper into subjects that you are somewhat familiar with or learn something new from scratch. The workshops that are offered during Emax will give you known and unknown insights in fields such as personal development, entrepreneurship and business. Some of the workshops are shorter and given in the form of seminars, others will be longer and give you opportunity to try out your new know ledges.

Networking

Emax gives you plenty of opportunities to meet external guests and young peers – The possibilities are almost endless! During Emax you will be at the right place at the right time – What you make of it is up to you. Apart from spontaneous meetings you will also be able to participate in organised network activities.

Speakers

Be inspired by Emax guest speakers, with different backgrounds and experiences, you are bound to find inspiration and new knowledge. They will try to give you hands-on tips and share the secrets of their success so you can learn and become successful in your own ventures.

Gala award evening

Emax filled with unique happenings will finish of with a gala award evening as grand finale. Together with fellow participants, external guest and sponsors you will enjoy a night with price ceremonies, dinner, dance and mingling.

Accommodation

During Emax you will live at a five star Danhostel in Svendborg and share a room with fellow participants. Maybe you will meet your future business partner here?
